Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

· A minimum of a 2.1 degree or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering

· Experience in structural and/or civil works is advantageous but not mandatory for this role

· Demonstrated technical knowledge in the design of steel and reinforced concrete structures, along with proficiency in relevant software

· Competent and confident in report writing and presentation skills

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and external partners, fostering productive working relationships while striving to exceed client expectations

· Adherence to all Codes of Practice, Design Standards, and Health and Safety Regulations

· Representing and promoting Ayesa in a professional manner

· Commitment to Continuous Professional Development and pursuing Chartered status

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborating as part of a project team to deliver high-quality services to clients

· Ensuring all designs comply with established standards and that all recommendations are robust, value-driven, and executable

· Guaranteeing that design solutions are completed within deadlines and meet the project brief

· Inspecting construction activities to verify that all design aspects are accurately implemented

· Monitoring processes and outcomes to ensure compliance with relevant safety, legal, ethical, and regulatory standards
