Your Role as a Casual Nursery Worker

As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young learners. You will work alongside our dedicated team of Level 3 qualified Practitioners to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide positive role modeling, upholding Grandir UK's core values.
  • Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, fostering their safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to maintaining a welcoming and attractive nursery environment.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and operational practices effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
  • Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and undertake training as required.
