Key Responsibilities- Assess children's development and provide support to families with infant feeding and child development.
- Deliver key aspects of the Healthy Child Programme and work with colleagues and partners to ensure the delivery of a safe and effective Universal Health Provision.
- Support the development of the service and work with colleagues and partners to ensure local health priorities are addressed to improve health outcomes for children in Barnet.
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, including IT, written, and oral communication.
- High levels of clinical skills, with the ability to identify, respond to, and evaluate health needs.
- Knowledge of current legislation and national guidance.
- Ability to apply research to practice and make decisions in areas such as safeguarding and child protection.
- Experience of working with families in a nursery or community setting.
