Qualified Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Nurse Seekers. Our client is a well-established setting near North Finchley, London, and we are proud to be working with them to find the right candidate for this role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in a family-run business with a purpose-built building, fully equipped to meet the needs of each age range. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching and learning plans
  • Communicating with colleagues and parents to ensure the individual needs of children are met
  • Working as a keyworker for a group of children, ensuring their needs are met every day
  • Updating parents on their child's day and development with professional feedback
