Role Overview:
This newly created position within our established Operations Team focuses on bridging the gap between Sales and Operations. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to support all post-booking processes, ensuring that our clients enjoy a seamless travel experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel itineraries, including accommodations, flights, transfers, and tours, with a keen eye for detail at every stage.
  • Assist the Sales Team with any inquiries from clients post-booking.
  • Address booking-related challenges, such as flight cancellations and schedule adjustments, employing problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions.
  • Support booking cancellations and date modifications.
  • Maintain an organized booking system, ensuring it is consistently up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
  • Provide coverage for inboxes during team members' annual leave.
