About the Role

Orbis Education and Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team at Maes Y Coed, Pembroke Dock. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or complex needs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and well-being.
