Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Grade 3

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs and be able to provide support and guidance to our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and other support staff

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to provide individualized support to students with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
