We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our outstanding team based at our central Leeds office.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be part of a leading department that has built a national reputation for the safe passage of family wealth between generations.

The team covers the full spectrum of Private Client work, including:

  • **Court of Protection**: ensuring the rights and interests of vulnerable individuals are protected.
  • **Mental Capacity Issues**: providing expert advice on dealing with mental capacity issues.
  • **Private Company Share and Business Interests**: efficiently passing private company shares and business interests for high-net-worth individuals.
  • **Inheritance Tax Planning**: helping clients plan for the future and minimize tax liabilities.
  • **Lasting Powers of Attorney**: assisting clients in making informed decisions about their financial and personal affairs.
  • **Lifetime Gifts**: providing guidance on making lifetime gifts and minimizing tax implications.
  • **Management of Affairs under Deputyship**: overseeing the management of affairs for individuals who lack mental capacity.
  • **Trusts**: creating and managing trusts to protect and preserve family wealth.
  • **Wills**: drafting and advising on wills to ensure clients' wishes are respected.
