About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor/Associate to join our Private Clients team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, advising trustees of high-value private family trusts, and providing expertise on trust law and governance, taxation, and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex trust and estate planning matters
  • Advise trustees on trust law and governance, taxation, and restructuring
  • Provide expertise on agricultural law and estate planning
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team on complex cases
  • Attend networking and business development events to strengthen client relationships

About You

We are looking for a Solicitor/Associate with a passion for Private Client work and a proven interest in agricultural matters. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Technical experience in Private Clients, specifically trusts, estate planning, and administration
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Aptitude for business development and client relationship growth
