Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our Technology, Data and Software Development (TDSD) teams at JBA Consulting.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled C#.NET Software Developer to work on a wide range of cutting-edge software projects, including mobile and browser-based asset management systems, business information systems, high-performance GIS and data management systems, and advanced GPU modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#.NET and related technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Participate in the software development life cycle, including engineering software solutions, producing rich front-end user interfaces, and developing efficient services.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in C#.NET web-based application development.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and frameworks, SASS/CSS, API development, and Hangfire background services.
  • Knowledge of GIS technologies, containers, cloud hosting, and agile principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
