Job Summary:

The Soho Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our front office team. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Manage Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries: Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and requests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Maintain a High Level of Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Ensure a Safe and Secure Environment: Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Organisational Skills: Possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent guest service.
