We are a UK-based education agent specializing in counseling Chinese students for UK university, Foundation, and middle school applications. With over a decade of experience in the education consulting industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for students and families seeking quality education services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to counsel Chinese students on UK primary, middle school, and Foundation course applications
  • Respond to day-to-day customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Promote education services to student customers and develop tailored application plans
  • Conduct surveys and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and sales targets
  • Compile sales reports and contribute to senior management's decision-making process

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in the lower-age education consulting industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop
  • Educated to a master's degree level or equivalent experience/qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Sales or customer experience an advantage
