Behaviour Support Assistant Role in Ealing

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at a SEND school in Ealing, West London. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges.

About the Role
  • Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant
  • Location: Ealing, West London
  • Contract: Long-term, full-time
  • Pay: £450-£550 per week (inclusive of holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students
  • Working alongside teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Encouraging positive behaviours and supporting students' emotional well-being
Requirements
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND or behavioural needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting vulnerable students
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Capacity to work well in challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
