We're looking for a Night Front Desk Agent who will embody our 'Anything but Standard' ethos, providing unparalleled levels of hospitality and creating an environment where guests feel welcome and excited.

Job Summary

As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will be part of an exceptional front office team that engages with guests from pre-arrival to post-departure. Your role will involve providing seamless arrival and departure experiences, extensive reception services, and assisting guests with their queries and unexpressed wishes.

You will be responsible for creating an environment where guests feel delighted, excited, and surprised, while also handling detailed administration tasks and guest interactions with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional levels of hospitality to guests, from pre-arrival to post-departure
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assist guests with their queries and unexpressed wishes
  • Handle detailed administration tasks, such as check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage guest interactions with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Requirements
  • A proven background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a similar lifestyle or boutique hotel sector
  • A flexibility approach to working hours, with the ability to work shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills, with great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience of using Opera PMS is required
