We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Night Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at The Standard London. As a Night Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled hospitality to our guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
  • Provide extensive reception services, including information on hotel services and amenities
  • Assist guests with their queries and unexpressed wishes, creating a personalized experience
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure a high level of service and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a similar lifestyle or boutique hotel sector
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Exceptional administration and organization skills, with great attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with Opera PMS is required
