Account Manager Opportunity at CEF

CEF, the UK's leading electrical wholesaler, is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at our Wythenshawe branch.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to manage and grow relationships with our clients, acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries and needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business using existing and potential customer networks, resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner, and supervising account representatives to ensure sales increase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing and potential customer networks
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and support account representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular updates on account status and transactions
