Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain member records by the customer's preferred method, updating relevant systems to ensure all areas of the business can view current information.
  • Complete and assist colleagues in resolving all member queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments of Bupa and outsourced partners.
  • Investigate and resolve membership queries raised by internal or external customers.
  • Communicate with members, clients, internal departments, and outsourced colleagues on account administration queries.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities to enhance service to all customers.
  • Ensure complaints received from internal/external customers regarding membership are logged, investigated, and resolved.
Requirements:
  • Ability to investigate, resolve, and communicate general queries.
  • Excellent PC and keyboard skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word & Excel).
  • High standard of communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain confident, positive, and calm in a pressurised environment.
  • Prioritise and organise own work, working on own initiative.
