Location: Norwich
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, maintain, and facilitate the delivery of all operational services
  • Lead the strategic development of existing and new services
  • Coordinate conferences and various events
  • Provide daily management of staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Collaborate with the Treasurer to ensure efficient financial operations, keeping expenditures within budget
  • Regularly review and ensure compliance with all policies in accordance with current regulations
  • Participate in Board meetings to offer insights and take minutes
  • Engage in networking and other events to enhance the company’s visibility
