About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting service users' rehabilitation and well-being through therapeutic activities.
- You will assist qualified Occupational Therapists in delivering group and one-to-one interventions, encompassing a wide range of vocational, therapeutic, and recreational activities.
- These activities may include woodwork, painting & decorating, sports, music, gardening, arts & crafts, cooking, budgeting, shopping, and using public transport.
- Your responsibilities will involve motivating and supporting service users, fostering their independence and skills development.
