The Administrative Support Specialist will deliver a high-quality, comprehensive, and confidential service to senior management. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Business Support Manager to create and implement the team's operational plan.
The ideal candidate will work flexibly within the broader Corporate Governance team, assisting the Director of Corporate Governance and Board Secretary in providing effective and compliant services while ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide and receive complex information, which may include sensitive and contentious matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and guidance for the team.
- Ensure that all urgent and/or confidential communications are received and disseminated to relevant parties promptly and appropriately.
- Manage routine correspondence and draft standard responses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Address complaints, comments, and suggestions in accordance with policy, resolving issues where possible and escalating to the line manager when necessary.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track actions, and distribute notes effectively.
- Collaborate with other administrators and PAs across the organization to maintain an effective communication network, including managing visitor interactions and covering general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
