Position Overview:

We are in search of Managers for our expanding Aviation, Travel, and Tourism consulting sector. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing consultancy initiatives, crafting solutions, adhering to project management protocols, and mentoring junior personnel. Managers may focus on Airports & Tourism, Airlines & MRO, or Aviation Finance.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting teams to deliver timely solutions for clients
  • Act as the primary client liaison, fostering trust
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Guide junior team members and cultivate a collaborative environment
  • Assist in business development and contribute to thought leadership
  • Enhance collaboration within the Aviation sector and ICF
  • Formulate project budgets and manage associated risks

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree from a recognized institution
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, aviation, sustainability, or finance
  • Proven experience in managing projects and teams
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in people management

Professional Competencies:

  • Understanding of the aviation industry and sustainability practices
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is advantageous
