Exciting Opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment. As a Senior or Associate level professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Commercial projects in London and the Southeast.

About the Role:

  • Manage your own workload and deliver results in a highly autonomous environment.
  • Mentor junior team members on their APC journey and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Work on some of London's most iconic buildings and projects, with a focus on Commercial sector.
  • Enjoy a highly competitive package, including a salary of up to £70k base DOE for Senior level and up to £80k DOE for Associate level.
