Applicants for this role must be MRICS accredited. The ideal candidate should possess experience across various sectors, with a primary focus on Commercial projects. In this role, the candidate must demonstrate the capability to manage their own workload, meet client expectations, and mentor junior team members on their APC journey. The company offers a high level of trust and autonomy to deliver results in the manner that the candidate deems best.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a highly competitive package, which includes an attractive salary of up to £70k base DOE for Senior level and up to £80k DOE for Associate level.
