Litigation Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Litigation Handler to join our esteemed firm, GB - Global, in Blisworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious corporate clients, take ownership of your own caseload of litigated motor cases, and play a pivotal role in driving our firm's success.
Key Responsibilities- Defend litigated motor claims on behalf of large corporates from issue to trial, including personal injury, property damage, credit hire, LVI, and fraud.
- Assess liability and set and maintain reserves in accordance with client service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Investigate the merits of third-party claims.
- Negotiate with third parties, insurers, and solicitors to achieve the best client outcome.
- Value general and special damages.
- Ensure full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, and key performance indicators on all handled claims.
- Achieve 100% data integrity compliance on the office case management system.
- Support the litigation team in maintaining compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
- Delegate and supervise tasks to Claims Administration Assistants.
- Comply with financial transactions and The Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Act as a technical and procedural referral for the litigation team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in handling litigated motor cases, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance law, regulations, and legal procedures.
