We are seeking a Bakery Customer Service Associate who is enthusiastic, approachable, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a vital part in enhancing sales and profitability by executing assigned tasks that contribute to the ongoing development of the store and the delivery of friendly, efficient service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items for customers.
- Oversee the cooking process of hot food items in the ovens.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of menu offerings and accurately convey options to customers.
- Carefully wrap and present food in accordance with customer orders.
- Replenish sandwich stock to maintain adequate supply during operational hours.
- Utilize the till to process orders, handle payments, and provide correct change.
- Comply with all operational processes, policies, and procedures set by Greggs and the company.
- Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while storing, preparing, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in the department.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of health and food safety regulations in a food service environment.
- Ability to propose ideas for delivering outstanding customer service and advancing the business.
