Job Opportunity: Multilingual Credit and Collections Manager

Express Recruitment is pleased to announce a job opening for a Multilingual Credit and Collections Manager at a leading international client based in central Nottingham with remote working options available.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Multilingual credit controllers, motivating and driving performance to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a large team of Multilingual credit controllers
  • Monitoring disputes and liaising with Customer Services to resolve issues
  • Providing monthly Management Information on team performance
  • Actively participating in monthly review meetings and Team Leader meetings

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in a European language and English
  • Previous experience in a Credit Control position
  • Managerial experience highly desired
  • Ability to work under pressure
