Requirements
  1. Strong UX and UI Design Experience: Proven experience in product UX and UI design and development.
  2. UX Design Expertise: Broad knowledge and expertise in UX design, wireframing, prototyping, user interaction modeling, user persona profiling, and expert UI and graphic design skills.
  3. Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness and knowledge of financial services, financial markets, and market structure, as well as the unique challenges faced by regulated players in the financial sector.
  4. Leadership: Ability to lead ownership of deliverables and work with stakeholders across the business to progress and achieve goals.
Technical Skills
  1. UX and UI Design Leadership: Strong experience leading UX and UI design.
  2. UI Design Systems: Strong expertise shaping UI design systems.
  3. Design Tools: Experience with modeling and design tools such as Miro, Figma, Maze, Dovetail, etc.
  4. Software Development Life Cycle: Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile processes.
