Regional Digital Delivery Lead

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, with a proven track record of implementing digital solutions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional digital delivery strategy, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the digital delivery team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to identify key resources and develop a strategic in-region team.
  • Work closely with the national rehearsal lead to develop a regional rehearsal strategy, covering tools, techniques, and training necessary for integration as business as usual.
  • Support the development and implementation of a digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix to ensure the company is meeting its commitments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, with a strong background in digital delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement digital solutions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional leads and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
