Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Lead to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the Private Patient Sales Advisors and contributing to the successful delivery of our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Communicate effectively with prospective patients to provide information on pricing, procedures, and consultants
  • Convert warm leads into appointments and sales to meet key performance targets
  • Lead and develop the hospital-based sales team to deliver improved performance on all current and future agreed metrics
  • Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong operational sales skills and ability to lead and work effectively to agreed KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to positively lead teams across multiple locations
  • Ability to innovate and streamline processes to reduce cost and duplication
  • Proven track record in positively impacting sales growth and performance in a healthcare setting
