Credit Controller

The Credit Controller is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts from customers. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Chase outstanding debts from customers in line with the Global Credit Policy
- Control accounts receivable ledger and proactively analyze market trends to reduce risks
- Collaborate with Sales teams to manage Debit Memos and ensure their validity
- Submit monthly bad debt provision calculations and make recommendations
- Prepare and maintain accruals, liaising with the General Ledger team
- Provide regular reports on Aging, DSO, and open items in the AR balance
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mid-size multinational company
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with Sage or Oracle Finance modules, or other ERP systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility
