Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Procurement Lawyer to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement law and a strong understanding of commercial compliance frameworks.

  • Support the design and implementation of a commercial compliance framework that adheres to applicable legal rules and best practices., \t
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing standards for processes and controls., \t
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Public Contract Regulations, horizon scanning for the organisation, and ensuring the category team operates to the highest standards., \t
  • Support the implementation of new standard procurement documents., \t
  • Represent the legal function at meetings of the Category Decision Forum and, where appropriate, the Category Management Forum to ensure decisions are informed by an assessment of legal risk., \
, Requirements:,
  • , \t
  • At least 3 years of experience within a private practice or in-house environment practicing in a relevant area., \t
  • Extensive experience of procurement law., \

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2 days a week working from one of their offices based in various locations across Nottinghamshire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, and South Yorkshire, and 3 days working from home.
