About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Artist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, providing expert advice on our products, and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for beauty and customer service. As a Seasonal Artist, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic knowledge of beauty products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
