Wincanton is looking for a dedicated Transport Administration Clerk to enhance their operations. This position is essential within a dynamic Transport department, focusing on various administrative responsibilities related to logistics and operational support.
The ideal candidate will be required to work on a rotating schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off, with shifts spanning 12 hours during the daytime from 6 am to 6 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and precise management of vehicle movements
- Ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and operational excellence
- Uphold Health and Safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain precise documentation and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and transport IT platforms
