Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pensions Administration Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration of our pension schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of our pension schemes, including member communications and benefit payments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including auto-enrolment and pension scheme governance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pensions administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pensions regulations and governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
