Exhibition Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lipton Media. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to prospective clients, developing a strong client base, and meeting set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to clients and agencies.
  • Outreach calls to clients via a mix of warm incoming leads and cold calls.
  • Team leadership and management of a team of sales executives.
  • Achieving and exceeding team and individual sales targets.
  • Face-to-face sales presentations with clients and agencies.
  • Contributing ideas to assist in the growth of the business.
  • Attending competitor events to generate new leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a media sales background, ideally exhibition sales.
  • A passion for sales and willingness to make outbound calls.
  • Ideal team leadership experience.
  • Highly driven to hit targets and reach financial incentives.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A confident, outgoing personality.
  • Able to work as part of a team but also use their own initiative.
