We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Park Plaza. As a Breakfast Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standards
- Lead a team of 2 in the breakfast operation
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service
