Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team at Law Support, a leading IP law firm.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of circa £23,000 plus excellent benefits, including 33 days holiday. The role offers hybrid working, with 2/3 days working from home and 2/3 days working in our Milton Keynes office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of a team to open new cases on our law firm's IT system.
  • Receiving new client instructions on European Patent matters.
  • Accurately updating electronic records and following written work instructions.
  • Working autonomously to tight deadlines and prioritizing work.
  • Communicating with external clients and customers via multiple channels.
  • Obtaining information through websites.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure attorney and client needs are met.
  • Generating quotes for clients and calculating accurate costs.

Requirements:

  • 6 months minimum experience of office administration work.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience dealing with external clients and customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with deadline-driven work and tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and desire to learn.
