About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Decentralized Energy team. As a District Heating professional, you will be responsible for growing and managing our district heating work, leading bid activities, project delivery, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our district heating business
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider Decentralized Energy team to manage resources and projects
  • Help clients and stakeholders deliver on their climate objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record of project delivery from concept stage to operation
  • Experience in managing teams and leading bid activities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive inclusion and wellbeing strategies within a team
  • Ability to build a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MEng or BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • CEng status
