About the Role

You will be supporting one individual with complex needs, who is interested in walking, shopping, meeting new people, and is very house proud. They love visiting Liverpool 1 and would love to receive support in building positive relationships.

You will need to have experience working in a health or social care setting, with a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also need to have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.

Requirements
  • A Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication
  • Physical health experience
  • Ability to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently
  • Brilliant mentoring skills and ability to share skills and experiences with colleagues
