Key Responsibilities
This role offers a unique chance to revolutionize the crisis care experience for children, young people (CYP), and their caregivers throughout Greater Manchester. You will be instrumental in implementing a new, GM-wide Crisis Care Pathway that is centered around the needs of children, ensuring it is responsive, accessible, and adaptable. Your responsibilities will include providing operational leadership and coordination across various pathways within the crisis service. Additionally, you will oversee the development of day services and manage daily operational activities.

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 dedicated professionals, delivering services from more than 160 locations.
