We are seeking a talented Senior National Account Manager to join our team at FMCG Selection. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of branded healthcare products within Tesco, Boots & Superdrug.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing joint business plans, forecasting sales, and maintaining updated reports. You will also be responsible for setting promotional activity, controlling budgets, and monitoring account development.
To succeed in this role, you must be a driven and dynamic individual with a proven track record of growing and developing business within retail customers, such as Boots, Superdrug or the wider Grocer Multiples.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive sales growth
- Forecast sales and maintain updated reports
- Set promotional activity and control budgets
- Monitor account development and deliver sales targets
- Provide influential support to customers
This is a home-based role, with travel to customers and an expectation to visit our South East head office once or twice a month. In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary, 15% bonus, company car or car allowance, healthcare, pension & wider benefits.
Requirements- Proven track record of growing and developing business within retail customers
- Experience within branded FMCG products, ideally healthcare or OTC medicine
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
