Job Description

About the Role

The Relief Support Worker position at Creative Support is an exciting opportunity for individuals to utilize their existing experience and knowledge of working with adults with learning disabilities and forensic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and understanding support to adults with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated and interested in working with people with complex needs. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
