About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the award-winning Kohler Waters Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for our guests, using a range of treatments and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is fully operational and report any defects to the Spa Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with the Spa Operations Manager and Spa Receptionist to schedule treatments and manage guest bookings.
  • Stay up-to-date with product ranges and new treatments, attending relevant training courses as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promoting retail products and additional services as needed.
  • Share knowledge of resort facilities, services, and policies with guests.

About You

We are looking for a Level 3 NVQ qualified Therapist with a passion for exceptional customer service. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, but full training will be provided. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team, and a can-do attitude.
