To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be prepared to pursue a post-qualifying award (e.g., Practice Education);
- Have the capability to manage complex referrals and challenging casework, demonstrating high-quality risk analysis and decision-making skills;
- Have begun to cultivate specialized knowledge within front-line services;
- Be actively working towards the DfE Knowledge and Skills statements for child and family practitioners;
- Be willing to enhance your presentation skills;
- Exhibit a commitment to ongoing professional development.
We will require you to:
- Be an essential car user;
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of front-line social work safeguarding experience;
- Have successfully completed the ASYE Programme.
