Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including booking and conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals, and coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent service.
  • Process eviction requests, resolve rental arrears, and ensure that properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
  • Manage complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • IT skills.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £18,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary).
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary).
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £26,125+ per year.

  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange).
