Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Reporting Analyst at TVS SCS, you will play a key role in providing business analysis and continuous improvement in a reporting context. You will work on a large Utilities contract for a customer in the energy sector, primarily using PowerBI to produce customer and internal facing dashboards that support operations teams and ensure contractual reporting to customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Research and develop new technologies, AI, and predictive analysis to improve reporting processes
- Generate and maintain client report suites using PowerBI and Excel
- Continuously improve and streamline reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with end-users to provide bespoke, high-quality, and meaningful data
- Collaborate with the IT department to develop a robust and effective Business-Intelligence infrastructure
- Produce Excel-based data analysis, manipulation, and summarization
- PowerBI experience is essential
- Able to build datasets into meaningful tables and summaries
- Familiar with coding-type syntax (Excel formulae, VBA)
- Able to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Eye for visual data presentation
- Aptitude for problem-solving with a logical approach
- Able to work under pressure and manage workload
- Advanced Excel skills, focused on data analysis and summarization
- Proficiency with VBA and/or SQL (beneficial)
- Report production/analysis experience or similar
- Background in a Supply-Chain environment (advantageous)
