Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Basingstoke Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities.
About the RoleAs a Swimming Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by helping people develop their swimming skills and confidence in the water. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons and programs that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our customers
- Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality swimming programs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
- Hold either an STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2
- Hold either a valid RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety Award for Teachers (advantageous but not essential)
