Swim Instructor

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Educate and instruct individuals or groups on swimming techniques and water safety
- Deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to the needs of each swimmer
- Demonstrate proper swimming strokes and techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to swimmers to help them improve their skills
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment in the pool area

**Requirements**:

- Qualified swim instructor with recognised certifications
- Previous experience in swimming teaching
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with swimmers of all ages
- Knowledge of water safety practices and procedures
- Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to reach their full potential

We will provide:

- Lesson plans for each class
- Managers on poolside to assist, oversee the programme and support the teachers
- A friendly and welcoming team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £16.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
