  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage with clients, customers, and contractors.
  • Effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant statutory regulations and guidelines in the construction sector.
  • A relevant degree in Building Consultancy or a related discipline.
