We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Activation Specialist to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting our portfolio of brands, including Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordon's, Tanqueray, and Captain Morgan, among others.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness of our brands among on-trade venues, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
- Train staff on the Diageo brands and ensure they are serving them to the industry standard.
- Post updates on social media platforms to promote our brands and events.
- Create bespoke offerings for outlets, such as cocktail menus and events.
- Host and provide training on consumer products and sampling events.
- Develop new menus and suggest alternative and innovative ways to serve our brands.
We offer a competitive package, including a salary of £26,265, a bonus of up to £3,000 per annum, and a company car. We also provide a 40-hour Monday to Friday schedule, 28 days of holiday allowance, and a company pension scheme with 3% employer contributions.
